On behalf of Sapa Yopa MCC we hereby like to thank all those who supported us during our event, if it wasn't for your support it wouldn't have been possible.
All things went according to plan except for a few unforeseen challenges.
It should be noted that our main objective was to hold a bike event as per mandate and all additional activities were to try and ensure the most pleasant stay..
There were no fatal accidents and or incidents, not bike or car was stolen and for that we than the Almighty for being with us all the way.
It is also important that we apologies for other planned activities that did not go accordingly.
- We had allocated more 3000 metal badges which ran out due to the much appreciated support, we have already purchased additional badges that will be distributed to members who did not receive as per our records, these distributions will happen in the up coming day Jols.
- We couldn't have Games as planned, due to the JOC of the security cluster stopping certain activities while we tried to manage the traffic flow and other areas they identified.
- The power failure also resulted in the lack of water in the area ultimately the not acceptable state of the ablution facilities.
-The line up was as advertised, all artist and DJ's where paid but some didn't come I.e HHP and Tbo Touch. We beefed up the line up with the likes of DJ Sbu,Dr Malinga and Mashabela to name a few not on posters.
* The traffic flow was not as we had planned due to an overwhelming turnout, but this will be addressed moving forward .
Once again we appreciate your loyal support and we will work tirelessly to rectify all the loop holes identified, please feel free to forward all issues that needs our attention and we give our commitment to Address them in our next event.
Concerns and comments can be directed to our email: sapayopa222@gmail.com for proper consolidation but please feel free to discuss the event and criticize constructively.
Thank you again for the overwhelming support,we are humbled-See you @Sapa Yopa 7 on the 27-29 November 2015.
